Insurance and Fees

Fees: Charges are due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Should you need more information on fees, please call our office.

Insurance: We are happy to assist you in the initial filing of you insurance. Most medical insurance companies have benefits for TMJ, but will require special documentation that our office provides. We are always happy to do what we can to help obtain your coverage.
